Due to it being clear it isn't discreet; you can see the vagina right through the top of the cases cap.

Fleshlight masturbators are made out of superskin material which rates a 5 on Eden's safety scale. This material is designed to feel about as real and life like as you can get with a toy. The way you use this masturbator is pretty obvious, you first need to get an erection and then slip your penis in through the vaginal opening and stroke with it. Don't forget your lube, you're gonna need it! Keep it handy because we found we had to reapply a couple times during uses because the material absorbs it after while. Only use water based lubricant with any Fleshlight toy. It is very easy to manipulate. The bottom has a cap that can be loosened or tightened to let air in or out to create a tighter or different sucking sensation. My fiance and I find it easier to have the cap unscrewed atleast a little bit because that helps the sleeve from getting pushed down in a little, by that I mean the top of the toy (vagina opening) getting pushed down past the opening of the case.

The maintenance is the most annoying thing about these toys because it's very tedious. You cannot use any soap at all with this material or you will ruin it. You have to leave it out and let it completely dry before putting the sleeve back into the case.
As mentioned earlier, only use water based lubricant.
To help with the stickiness you can sprinkle corn starch over the sleeve.
