When I purchased this toy, I was looking for a oral stimulation type of sleeve. I wanted a toy with a lot of suction that made you feel like you were receiving fellatio. As a result, I figured this was perfect for me as it added the extra novelty of seeing a woman's lips and nose, and because I'd most often be using this in the dark, the glow in the dark feature would allow me to see the orifice more easily. I also wanted a toy which was small and easy to clean, as I'm living on campus with my roommates that I share a bathroom with.

Upon receiving it, this toy basically feels like and looks like a gag toy, something someone would buy for you for your birthday as a joke. When I first got the product, I was surprised by how small the hole was as well as the actual toy. I'd say my girth is about just under a cardboard paper towel roll and as a result it was a struggle to get into the toy at first, even with the right amount of water-based lube. The lips and nose are NOT AT ALL close to scale to what a real woman's lip and nose would be. When using it later with my girlfriend, we joked about how the lips made it look like you were getting a blowjob from a midget. When you are actually using it, you do not see the lips or nose, the nose (looking down) is actually just a raised bump. You have to physically push your penis down to see the lips and nose, but it can feel unnatural to do this when masturbating. As a result the novelty of the orifice is a huge let down and if you're purchasing this product for the novelty of that, DON'T.

The material of the product feels alright, about what you would expect. Pushing my finger inside I can very easily feel the raised bumps inside the sleeve. However, when you insert your penis, the bumps and sleeve begin to stretch. The sensation of the bumps is not as noticeable as you would expect. I'm just under 7" in length, so you really have to stretch the sleeve if you want it to cover the entire shaft. I found myself using two hands to do this and didn't even feel good. The trick to using this toy is to close the top end of the sleeve to create suction and then just move up and down rapidly, having the toy "suck" on the top half of your penis. The suction can feel alright, during your orgasm it feels very good. Your hand can begin to get tired of holding down the end of the sleeve after a long time so I found myself letting go and using it "normally." Be warned though, when you create the suction the toy creates a loud sound sucking sound...which doesn't really sound like someone giving you fellatio.

Clean up is super easy, in fact, I think that's the strongest aspect of the toy. Be warned though, your ejaculate will probably come out of the top half of the toy, and during use you will need to use a lot of lube so things are going to get messy. The glow in the dark feature of the toy is really wasted. When you stretch the material the glow is really dim, even after having it under a lamp for over an hour.

While I'm on the subject...

I left the toy under my tungsten lamp for about an hour to warm it up and make use of its glow in the dark material a few days after I got it. As a result the orifice MELTED beyond recognition. It was disappointing seeing as how I just got it.

My orgasms are slightly more intense when I use this toy, but only very slightly...in fact I'm questioning if it might just be the psychological factor in using it (the excitement of a new toy in general, etc.). I haven't used it for more than a week now (since it melted) and I'm not sure how often I plan on using it now.

I would not recommend buying this toy. If you're considering purchasing it for the novelty of the lips and nose or maybe under the presumption it would be cool to use the toy in the dark...don't. Don't make the same mistake that I did. I'd say I'm more then let down over my purchase but the toy DOES feel nice and does provide an OK sucking sensation. However, I purchased it with expectations and those expectations where nowhere near met.

Definitely close the top end of the toy with your hand. Without any suction this toy is a complete waste. I wouldn't try stretching the toy down your shaft while you're holding the top half of it closed, it doesn't feel very good. Instead, just leave it at its normal length and have it "suck" the top half of your penis as you move it up and down.

Do not put it under a tungsten lamp, I did and as a result the product melted.

The more water-based lube you use the better it's going to be, be warned though it's going to be messy. Try not to get any lube on your hand or the toy will be very difficult to control.

When cleaning it, I usually turn it inside out, washing both the outside and inside and let it dry inside out.
