This toy is a basic cock ring. You stretch it out and slide it over your penis, your partner's, or a dildo. The bullet is one switch: off or on. It vibrates up the shaft of the penis and the clitoral stimulator can sit over the balls or overhead for clitoral stimulation. I would say it's mostly safe to use in the backwards position, but it is not completely non-porous, so this needs to be kept in mind for sanitation.
If you would rather, this toy can also be used manually as a simple clitoral stimulator or to stimulate any part of the body you wish.

This ring is made of TPR silicone. This means it is more flexible and soft, like jelly, with the safer, low-pore ratio of silicone. In simple terms, the toy is safer to use repeatedly than more porous materials.
There is minimal scent to this material. My partner could smell nothing. I have heightened sense though, so I could smell a low level, new rubber smell.
It is very stretchy, accommodating a wide range of girth. There are extra holes around the outside of the inner ring. I believe this may be useable to hold up the scrotum if desired. The inside of the ring is smooth with no noticeable seam.
