Eden’s vibrating cock ring is meant to be slide on the penis or dildo, and then positioned right so the vibrations are on the clitoris during the use. The vibrations are supposed to tease the clitoris adding extra simulation during intercourse. The main use is for couples, but if can be used solo on a dildo if you angle it right. Cock rings tend to help keep blood in the penis, hence maintaining an erection, but vibrating penis rings are not the same. They really do not help with this, so if this is what you are looking for you will want to keep looking.

In order to use this, you will want to apply some lube or a lubricated condom to the penis or dildo, and then stretch the ring part over the top. The best placement is at the base of the penis or dildo, but some adjusting may have to be done in order to line up with the clitoris. The bullet vibrator should be facing up right and it will also apply vibrations to the penis or dildo. The material of the cock ring is very stretchy, so it will fit a wide range of sizes.
