The El Toro is a cock cage that is meant to be put on the shaft of either an erect penis or a hard vibrator. It is made of TPR with a pair of beads on both the top and bottom for additional stimulation. The attached clitoral stimulator is shaped like a bull with nose and horns reaching out from the bullet vibrator to contact the clitoris. The size is probably too small for most guys and it has a tendency to push blood out of the penis instead of holding it in like a more traditional cock ring.
Spanish-style bullfighting is called a corrida de toros (literally a "running of bulls"), or fiesta brava. The El Toro will run wild inside you while your partner chases your orgasm.
