Enhances Discomfort, Not Pleasure

The Basic Essentials Enhancer Ring is not that exciting. This product is not expensive, but you can spend the same amount or a little more on a better similar product. You pick: save money or pleasure. I pick pleasure. This product is a complete disappointment; don't waste your time or your money.

The Basic Teaser enhancer ring is made out of a durable stretchy material. I want to first discuss the positives of the Basic Essentials Teaser Enhancer Ring.

I was excited about receiving the Basic Essentials Teaser Enhancer Ring, but that excitement was short-lived. After opening the package and seeing the bulkiness of the enhancer ring, I became more concerned than excited. As I held it in my hand I ran my fingers over the nubs, which were firm but soft; this gave me hope again.

That night before surprising my husband with our new toy, I cleaned it with toy cleaner. No one wants to use a product that is hard to clean. Luckily, the Basic Essentials Teaser Enhancer Ring is easy to clean. First I removed the bullet, then used my toy cleaner (as directed on the bottle) to clean the bullet hole and the penis hole first. Then I made sure to clean the nubs and rest of the enhancer. The nubs are easily cleaned because there is enough room between each nub to clean. Some products have nubs that are so close together and so small that it is hard to clean in between the nubs.

When I approached my husband with the Basic Essentials Enhancer Ring, he also showed concern for the thickness, but we wanted to give it a try anyway in hopes that it would prove us wrong. However that wasn't the only struggle we ran into. My husband was having problems with the ring fitting over his penis. Even when using lube, the ring seemed to be too tight. He tried pulling on the ring in hopes of stretching it out to make it a little more comfortable, but the durable material wouldn't give. I told him to not worry about using it, but he insisted that we were going to at least try it, even if it wasn't for long. And he was dead on with that statement. Shortly after we started to have sex we could feel the bulky enhancer between us. The bulkiness was uncomfortable. We switched from position to position trying to reduce the uncomfortableness of the enhancer between us. As we shifted positions my husband's penis became more sore as the ring fit tightly - too tightly - around it. So at this point we threw our hands up, and said screw it.

We have attempted to use the Basic Essentials Teaser Enhancer Ring on multiple occasions since our first trial, but it is uncomfortable and tight on my husband. We assumed that we just needed to break it in, but this product doesn't seem to want to break in. One thing we don't have to worry about is it ripping or tearing.

So, with this said, I didn't then and don't now like the Basic Essentials Teaser Enhancer Ring. I am sure there is a more comfortable ring out there that provides the same desired affect, but in an enjoyable and pleasurable way. I am going to continue my search for that product.
