This pump can make even the better-endowed penis feel small — it's huge. I consider myself to be a pretty good size and inside this oversized pump, my package didn't look so good. I saw somewhere it's recommended for men who are at least 9 inches in length and 1.75 inches in diameter. Definitely too much machinery than the average male needs, but if you are on the larger side and you are looking to add temporary girth and need some help actually getting a good hard chunk of wood, this may be the pump for you.

You get an oversized plastic cylinder that will accommodate up to 12" and measures 2.5" in diameter, 3 stretchy TPR sleeves, hose with attached pressure bulb and a latex sleeve that holds the included bullet and battery pack. The Cylinder is marked on the side so you can see your progress. You get a medium, large, and extra large sleeve to choose from. Make sure you are using the correct size. I used one a step above me and got a ball sucked into the tube, did not feel good. Water based lube helps a lot when removing and inserting your penis from the tube. I had to hold the pump between my legs, use both hands and work the sleeves onto the end of the pump — there is a little bit of work to it. The hose with attached pressure bulb and release valve slides onto the protruding spout at the top of the pump, the rubber connection fits tightly and will have to be worked on. The pressure valve and bulb are both easy to function and don't take much effort. All feels sturdy and worthy of multiply-long sessions. The latex sleeve that holds the bullet and battery pack is a bit of a pain to slide into position, but once you get it where you want it, it will stay and the bullet stays in place while in use. The attached bullet didn't really do much for me. I did not choose to use it while some may like it. The bullet is on the louder side and annoyed me.

Care for the pump and the attachment is easy. Unhook the tube with the pressure bulb, pull the latex sleeve with bullet off, or do not get water in compartments. Remove the sleeve, wash sleeve and pump cylinder with soap and warm water. Let it air dry.

The Big Man's pump isn't going to lengthen or add permanent girth to you penis, but it will give you some temporary girth and help you to get hard. The suction it provides is pretty good and I did test it and play around with it, sticking it to various body parts as well as my penis. It did create some pretty interesting sensations when pressed around the nipples.
