This extender is meant to add both length and girth. It is easily put on, but that's where the easy part ends. It is a rather simple toy consisting of just a tube of 'Futurotic' material with a filled tip for adding length. For reference, I have 6.5" in length and a 4" circumference. I'm no Lex Steele, but this toy was truly not meant for someone with my meager measurements. While it fit just fine, it's use is not easy. The intended method is foolproof, but still managed to be difficult for my wife and me. Since the tip is exceptionally floppy, insertion is more difficult that it should be. Forget about anal sex with this unless you want to try and fill a balloon with gelatin. That's what it's like. It doesn't matter how hard your penis gets because the tip is just that floppy. And most importantly, you feel pretty much nothing through the thing. Remember this is a toy specifically to please your woman or your bottom if you swing that way. It won't enhance anything for the wearer.

The Futurotic material is very soft and smushy. It smells like burnt plastic though. It was packaged in a plastic bag and dusted with some sort of powder, presumably talc. So you must wash it well with soap and water before use. Besides the undesirable smell, the outer texture is smooth but not polished. The inner texture is smooth and polished. The inner tip where the head of your penis goes is completely flat, but is smushy so it shouldn't be uncomfortable. Being that Futurotic material is so porous, it is a good idea to wash with soap and water before and after every use and dust inside and out with cornstarch. Storage in a plastic bag should be fine. Otherwise, the shape will melt over time and especially if it contacts other similar materials.

The tip adds approximately 2" in length. This is with it's penis shaped tip filled with Futurotic material. It also adds approximately 1/2" diameter to your girth. It does fit my 6.2" length x 4" circumference. I had no problems putting it on from a rolled up position. Fit wasn't uncomfortable, though using dry could potentially cause pain if rubbing occurs. A condom is recommended for you if you don't want to have to turn it inside out and perform extra cleaning.

My wife described it as feeling like jelly being smushed inside of her. This may be a bit too soft for some women. You may want to put on a textured condom if it is too soft for your woman. Overall my wife didn't notice the extra girth because as she put it, "hoo-hoos stretch!" The added length wasn't noticed much either because the tip is so smushy it didn't maintain shape inside.

Futurotic material is very porous and requires thorough cleaning with mild soap and water. The toy should be dusted in cornstarch and stored in a plastic bag so it doesn't deform or melt.
