My boyfriend and I both tried to use this, and found the toy highly unusable for us, as homosexual males. The Futurotic Penis Extender was not successful at extending, being realistic, or being usable during intercourse.

The Futurotic Penis Extender felt realistic to the touch and even appeared to have veins while powdery, which is a feature of the material. The extender stretched to fit on both of our penises; fitting both my girthy size and my boyfriend’s average size. It was very smooth and flesh-like around the shaft and head of the penis-shaped object with the head being legitimately harder as if the extending area was actually the feel of a hard penis. My boyfriend described the smell as being “a bit like fruity pebbles.”

The material is futurotic, a mixture of silicone and PVC. The product is extremely porous, which means it is very difficult to clean. To clean it, make sure you use antibacterial soap and warm water before and after each use. It is suggested that you should lightly dust the product with corn starch before each use. Store the toy in a ziploc bag because it will absorb other materials, and be sure to ONLY USE WATER BASED LUBRICANTS. Oils and silicone based lubricants will cause tearing, breaking, cracking, and weakening of the material.

Externally it is designed really well and looks very realistic compared to a circumcised penis. It is shaped quite proportionately and because of the stretch and give of the material, was easy to place on our dicks both girthy and average in length.

Internally is where everything starts to fall apart. There appears to be a clear cut-off where the harder "extension" area begins, and there is no build up to it. Once the extender is slid on, it becomes extremely misshapen and weird. The base gains a hefty amount of girth, and the head just dangles below. Due to the lack of build-up to where the harder extension begins, it makes an awkward shape, and the extender becomes unusable...at least for anal sex.

When it failed on my penis, we tried my boyfriend’s who is of average girth and length, and had the same results. We both actually laughed at the ridiculousness of what was happening.

Despite the laugh-inducing look of the extender, we still tried to use it during intercourse. It wouldn't enter either of us on either erect penis because of the extreme jump from soft-shaft to hard-head areas of the extender and the gap between the two.

Do not buy this extender, especially if you are gay males.
