The Fleshlight masturbator provides a very realistic vaginal feel when used with a high quality lube, however this does provide little added feel for the higher cost.

The vibro comes with 3 underpowered bullet vibes to be placed in hidden inner pockets on the outside of the vibrator. The three bullets do little to add to the overall affect and simply add cost to already overpriced masturbator.

The interior material is Superskin which holds heat well but does have a somewhat distinctive smell. The vaginal design does little to add to the overall appeal of the masturbator. The texture of the Superskin material sticks to itself unless treated with corn starch or fleshlight powder which sometimes makes care a little trickier.

The exterior is a hard plastic made to look like a flashlight. The plastic exterior has an overall cheap feel.

Exterior design is designed to look like a oversized flashlight---in honesty the outside is rather cheap-feeling and provides a cheap visual gimick. Unlike cheaper masturbators, the harder outer shell does provide a better grip.

The base of the Fleshlight comes with a screw off "cap" that provides easy cleaning and some suction.

Easy to take apart and clean---the sleeve can be turned inside out, is completely submersible, and can be cleaned with antibacterial cleaners. Also to provide best results a maintenance powder is sold separately, but this is really just primarily repackaged/repriced corn starch.

The design should prevent the bullets from direct contact with bodily fluids, however they too are submersible and can be cleaned with standard toy cleaners.

The exterior shell is completely washable.

Its a fancy masturbator, it is what it is. Cheaper models provide the same function. The interior texture is very flesh-like when used with a nice lube. Overall I would say over-hyped and over-priced but does what it claims. If you want to, buy one buy a non-vibro and save the $10.
