The Tenga air cushion cup is essentially a plastic can with a soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) inside. The inside comes pre-coated with a generous amount of water-based lube. The whole package comes wrapped in a candy-store looking shrink wrap that is easy enough to be removed when you're ready to get busy. Because of the innocuous looking wrapping, I'm sure this would be a breeze to travel with. No one would really know or care to know what's inside.

When I unwrapped my Tenga air cushion cup, I was surprised at how much lube was already inside. When removing the snap top lid, I almost sent a good glob of the stuff flying. Note to other potential users: be careful when opening your Tenga.

The inner lining is white in color and is, through the manufacturing process, attached to the outer hard plastic housing (it is not a chemical bond that holds the two together - more on this later). The entrance is a small, about 1 centimeter diameter hole. But given how stretchy the inner lining is, this small hole can accommodate any sized cock. Unless you are longer than 8 inches in length and need deep thrusting to reach orgasm, don't let the Tenga's size fool you. I am somewhere north of average and fit inside just nice.

The Tenga air cushion cup is labeled for one use only for good reason. The way that the item is manufactured makes it near impossible to clean. Because of the way the inner liner is attached to the outer plastic, it cannot be removed without tearing. I tried doing this because I desperately wanted to use my Tenga again, but ended up damaging it in the process. There is also some sort of spongy material near the entrance - you can't feel it while masturbating, but feel around with your fingers and you'll find it - this, I think, is a reservoir for the lube. Long story short - you can try to rinse the interior out with copious amounts of water and apply your own lube later, but because of the myriad air pockets, nubs, and other features that give Tenga a very organic, lifelike feel you probably won't ever get the inside completely clean.

The Tenga has a small sticker at the end meant to allow you to decide if you want more or less vacuum as you thrust. I opted to remove the sticker - it not only felt better, but it eliminated a funky sounding noise every time I pulled out.

All in all I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get into masturbation sleeves. The one time use is a bummer, but for the sensations you get it might just be worth it.

There is not anything to say in the way of a follow-up. Because this is basically a (freaking amazing!!) one time use device, I no longer have it around. I would, based on the sensations this magical little sleeve provides, still highly recommend it to anyone with a penis.
