Although this was my first sleeve purchase, I can't imagine any others holding up to this one, especially for the price. For starters on the packaging, throw it away...quickly! The initial smell is not so much on the pleasant side, but I would expect that from a $20 toy. Since the material can't be boiled obviously, the only initial cleaning is with soap and water. Because of the durability of the material, this is not a problem. It can be washed on the outside, then flipped inside out to clean the inside. After air drying, onto the performance of this gem.

I had some ID Glide handy so I applied a generous amount of lube, enough to totally lubricate my penis, and then applied a few drops to the inside of the toy for added stimulation.
