There have been many reviews written about this little joy of a toy, and they all describe the internal workings of the Tenga Flip Hole Black in detail. I'm going to skip that part and just say that the toy lives up to all of the great reviews!
I don't have a penis, but I wish I did after putting my fingers in this hole! The TPR Silicone interior of the sleeve is composed of different ridges, bumps, flaps, and waves, and I thought it felt very much like the inside of my own vagina. Apparently, it's not quite the same, but it does feel good. (This material is somewhat firmer than the original Tenga Flip Hole.) This is WAY heavier than we expected, but still lightweight compared to the Fleshlight. It is definitely less bulky and more elegant.
I watched my man stroke with this, and it seemed to be very efficient. The three 'buttons' on the sides allow the user to squeeze and apply pressure to different areas of their penis. The buttons are really just openings in the shell that allow the soft interior to bulge or be squeezed to increase sensation where it feels best. It is very LOUD when in use...the squelching sound is very loud, but definitely sounds like squishy wet suction-y fun! I expect this to be very fun for partner play as well, and look forward to "helping" with it next time.

There is also an instruction pamphlet in Japanese. The toy and packaging looks gorgeous and modern and expensive. Because it is.
Since this is a silicone toy, use only water-based lubes to avoid damage to the toy. Flip the Flip Hole open to wash with mild soap and water, rinse and air-dry.

So reading the little booklet that comes with these wonderful toys says it can be used only 50 times. Is this the case really? is it more or less?

From what I have heard is that that is on the conservative side of things. Keep decent care of it and it should last longer.

If I'm recalling correctly, in Japan where Tengas are made, items of this sort are required to have a recommended maximum number of uses. I can't remember where I read that, so I could be wrong. But if you take care of them and keep them clean, they can last a lot longer (though it might also depend on how rough you are when using them).
And even if you were to throw it away after 50 uses, you still paid about $1.50 per orgasm - less than one-time use sleeves. And that's if you get it at full price.
... Somehow I just made the Flip Hole sound like a really cheap prostitute. (LOL)

My boyfriend has both the flip hole and a fleshlight and he likes the flip hole MUCH better. Once he got his flip hole he hardly ever touched his fleshlight again. Everyone is different though and there's no real telling until he tries it if he will like it.
