So this little guy is fun, but a bit of a pain to use!

I'll start with the pros. It’s always fun to have a little extra! This toy definitely does add a little more and make things a little more fun. Provided you can keep it going in a straight line.

To the cons. Sadly there are many more cons then pros. I'll start with the texture of the condom portion. It’s very rough and doesn't mix well with any lube we threw at it. We got passed that by just putting a condom over it. Sadly the material does smell pretty funky, I could stand it, but my wife could not. So if you have a sensitive nose it might not be for you. Now to the extension itself. It’s just a piece of foam cut to look "kind of" like a penis tip. While you would think being foam it would be soft and spongy, it’s not very forgiving, for the vagina or the head of the penis that's wearing this thing.

Performance wise, while I do believe the excitement of an extra few inches really helped the mood. This guy just did not perform well. It was very firm and unforgiving, and also very hard to keep going in a straight line. So it pretty much went in any direction it wanted and poked my wife in locations so painful we had to stop. Also there was several times where even myself I felt sharp pains in the tip of my penis.

So we really did not enjoy this product. I feel with a better tip and a bit stronger sleeve this might be a great product. But then again, if you change all of those things around it would cost a heck of a lot more! Plus I'm sure some woman might enjoy the feelings brought on by this little guy. Sadly my wife was just not one of them and nor was I!
