We bought this item for some quick fun, and it was quick. While it did stimulate both of us, it did not last very long. The batteries went within 5 minutes. They are replaceable but could be costly since the price of batteries is not very cheap. The ring itself was stretchy but was still very tight around the penis. The max stretched diam is 1.5" which was semi tight for me, but unstretched it's about 1"
