My husband liked it, which says a lot since he doesn't like using cock rings. It was easy to put on and very comfortable for the both of us. Since it was directly on him he said the vibrations felt really good. We found that the best way for us was in regular missionary position. We did try it doggie style hoping the vibrations might work from behind but I don't feel it did anything for me, for him it was still pretty good. We also tried flipping it under his penis while doing doggie style but that did nothing for me either. I definitely like it for foreplay though.

It's not so much that I don't like it as I just haven't used it again. It is a very comfortable one, but my husband just doesn't need the help of a c-ring and the vibrations are simply not as strong as I normally like so it's just been sitting in the toy chest.
I still would recommend it though, we've tried other cock rings just to compare and this one was the most easy to put on and most comfortable during use.
