The Teal Bamboo Pouch Enhance Short by Male Power is a boxer brief type pair of underwear that enhances the look of the male package. It does this by having a central pouch where the penis and testicles are placed. This fabric within this pouch is a little more loose than the rest of the fabric on the short, and once your package is inserted the cut of the shorts draws attention to your package.

Material

The pouch short is made from Bamboo and Spandex. The breakdown of the materials is that the product is made of 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. This is the second item from Male Power (see that review here) that I have purchased that is made with bamboo and I am very impressed. Bamboo is great for the environment and biodegradable, which is great because you are being environmentally responsible and looking great at the same time. The packaging even states that the bamboo was "100% naturally grown and 100% biodegradable." The bamboo is very comfortable, even more so than most cotton boxer briefs that I own, and very light and breathable. As I mentioned in my other Male Power review, these shorts feel very luxurious, almost more like silk boxers than cotton boxers.


Sizing
The sizing for these shorts is as follows:
SM= 28-30
MED= 32-34
LG= 36-38
XL= 40-42

I wear either a 34 or 36 in the waist on my pants and so to be sure I ordered a LG to make sure that I was comfortable. If you are roughly the same size this will be no problem at all, in fact I probably could have ordered a MED and had it fit well. The LG was a tiny bit big on me, but it was still very comfortable to wear.

Wear/Fit/Appearance

These shorts are great to wear. I think this should be classified more as a boxer brief than short, as that is how I wear them. I have worn them underneath my clothes during the day and they are very comfortable. The material wicks away moisture easily and I have had no problems with the short riding up or bunching while wearing this throughout the day. My wife even mentioned that my package did look "enhanced" when I wore this with a pair of jeans to dinner the other night, another great benefit. The teal color is also bright without being overwhelming, a good color for men. It's just enough color to be different without it feeling over the top. The elastic band is comfortable, with the MP logo of the company on the elastic. The elastic does not double over or droop throughout the day as I have had happen with other types of underwear.

The quality of the shorts is very good, I have worn these several times now and have laundered them several times and have found no loose stitches at all on the short. The stitching is very even as well, no loose or stray stitches could be found on the short.

Care

These shorts are very easy to take care for . There are directions on both the box and on the tag that is sewn in the underwear themselves. It says "Machine Wash Cold, No Bleach, Tumble Dry Cool, Remove Promptly." I'll be honest, I've washed this in the washing machine normally, and tumbled dried it at a regular temperature and have had no problems. In fact the shorts are probably even a little softer after two times through the washer and dryer than they were when I received them.

Packaging

The shorts arrive in a cardboard box, much like the same type of boxes you find for underwear at department stores. There is a picture of a man from the waist down on the front of the packaging wearing the shorts as well as the company name. On the back of the box is more detailed information about the bamboo used in the product and benefits of bamboo. There is another picture on the back of a man wearing long lounge type pants that are part of the Male Power line. The sizing information for the product is also available. The packaging is very tasteful I feel, I wouldn't bat an eye seeing this in a department store or receiving this as a gift.

I wouldn't use the packaging for storage, simply toss them in your underwear drawer, or wherever you keep your underwear. No special items would be needed to store this item.

I was very impressed with this short. I was a little skeptical about this actually being an enhancer, but with the cut of the shorts it does draw attention to your package and make it look a little bigger than you might actually be. My wife was very impressed and has since had me order the black enhancer short as well for variety in the bedroom.

The short is very comfortable and can be worn at work, around the house, in bed or even working out. The price is a little steep for one pair of underwear, but definitely worth it.
