I ordered this on a whim not knowing anything about pumps at all, but the price was reasonable and the product looked sturdy.

Materials and Sturdiness
The materials are all safe (good), and the pump has stood the test of months of usage (good), however the pump had one of the parts broken (the masturbator) the first time I tried to use it (bad). I didn't buy this for masturbation, I bought it to make my schlong so big it could scare pornstars! Which brings us to the usage...

Usage
I stuck to a regimen with this thing for a month. First week three times a day for 5 minutes at low pressure with lots of lube. Second week every day for 10 minutes at low pressure. Third week increase pressure, but still every day for 10 minutes, and the fourth week the same as the third. By the end of this I had increased size in all dimensions. I went from 7.5x5.25 to over 8x5.75 and my head was much larger. Also, my flaccid penis was much bigger, making me more of a locker room "shower" which was great because I have always been a "grower". My non-erect length went from 2-3 inches to a solid 4+

I found it best to pump in the tub, the heat from the tub gets everything more stretchy, then I would apply the pump out of the water, get it to a comfortable pressure, and read a book for 10 minutes.

Maybe it was my enthusiasm but I could see an increase in arousal from my wife during PIV sex. Cool Right? Well...

Side Effects
...Maybe not so right. Because there are side effect to pumping. First off, gains are ALMOST ALWAYS temporary unless combined with other techniques like "Jelqing". Secondly, if you pump often and with the wrong size pump (more on this later in the review) you can damage the blood vessels at the base of your penis which makes it harder to get it up, and this damage can and will last longer than the size gains :( Thankfully I can get it up easily, so the decrease in ability to become erect has mostly meant fewer daytime surprise boners for me.

Third, when your penis becomes larger, it can deform the skin. Your larger head on your penis is not likely to have smooth baby skin appearance, instead it will be bumpy and rougher than usual. This is not a big deal for many guys who are very into pumping, but starting off you should know.

Fourth, and most shocking is that without a pressure gauge you can (and probably will at least a bit) injure your penis. Small purple bruising spots and skin blister are common with poor pumping technique. Because this pump does not have a gauge there is not way to safely pump with it. Do you know what 3 vs 8 PSI feels like? I sure don't. I had a couple of bruising injuries, but they didn't last long and healed without permanent damage.

Cleaning
The pump is very easy to clean. Simply remove the silicone base and wash with soap and water, then do the same for the pump portion. Use a baby bottle brush if you like it squeaky clean! I dried with towels, but you could likely run this through a dishwasher too.

What I Learned
After receiving the pump, I read up on them a lot more for technique and safety reasons. First off, most pumpers would NEVER touch a pump without a pressure gauge, it's asking for injury if used in the long term. Next, you should get a pump that is very close to your diameter, and unless you have a horse cock this wont likely be it. Your penis responds better and more safely to pumping when pressed against the walls of a pump. Also, if you do choose to purchase this (and I am not throwing mine out), be sure to use pain as your guide. NEVER pump to a point where you are even remotely uncomfortable, not only will it not increase your results, but it will hurt you, maybe permanently. Also, pumping works best when the blood vessels are warm, so use the pump after showering, bathing or warming yourself in a hot towel for 5-10 minutes. This pump can in my experience be used safely, but DONT push it, whenever I did I had bad results.

I had a good time with this, but like I said above, please don't use it expecting permanent gains. I have now mostly begun using it before sex (can be a couple of hours before). Just take a shower or bath to heat your blood vessels up, then pump LIGHTLY for 10 minutes and your cock will be noticeably larger for the afternoon or evening.

Also, if you want to feel better in the locker room a 5 minute pump before your workout will greatly increase your flaccid size.

However, I am about 4 weeks since my last pumping session and my flaccid is no longer the 4+ incher of pumping yore, but back to its 2-3 inch self. And I am cool with that.
