Good VibrationsIf you are a beginner to using this sort of thing, this product is very much a decent one to start out with. It's fairly simple to use, and stretches enough to allow you to position it in whatever fashion might work best for your pleasure.
As well it can be used on one's finger, to allow controlled stimulation and teasing of your erogenous zones.
*Has only one vibration level
The ring comes in a nice little cylindrical package. It's about as big around as a soda can, and half as tall. It's rather large, given the size of the toy itself, but it is a handy way to store the item. The item is displayed through the clear plastic, and information about it is displayed on the back half of the cylinder.
Appearance and Texture
The item color is described as "Purple Haze", and while I appreciate the color, it does have some glittery bits in the material. I'm rather strongly reminded of a fishing lure, to be honest. The material has the same general feel. Soft and pliable, and it stretches well. It has a very mild plastic smell, that is only really noticeable if you have your nose within an inch or two of the toy. There is no real discernible taste to the product, so oral fans should not have a problem.
While the ring and rose portion of this toy are soft material, the vibrator is a small bullet that slides into the rose. It is listed as waterproof, and the bullet unscrews to reveal the batteries. Turning it on is as simple as squeezing the ends of the bullet together to click on the button switch.
Care and Maintenance
A folded guide is included inside the container. It's a generic sort of guide for a variety of Hustler products. It shows a diagram on how to insert the Button Cell batteries, as well as information about storage and cleaning.
It's highly recommended you store this product by itself, so the chemicals in another toy don't react with it and cause a breakdown. So the cylinder it comes in is pretty much your best bet for storage. Cleaning is as simple as washing it off before and after each use. They mention using a "preferred cleanser", but no exact type is given.
For my part, soap and water seems like the easiest way to clean the material, without having to go out and purchase additional products.
This was my first soft/vibrating ring. I didn't really know what to expect, coming in. In testing it, the position of the ring has a tremendous effect on it's performance. In some spots, there is minor to no sensation, in others the sensation level spikes to a high level. One thing I like about the item is how it can stretch. That makes it usable in a few different positions.
If you are going solo with this, the best spot I have found is to put it around the erect penis first, then to stretch the O a big farther, so your scrotum can also slip through the ring. This places the vibrating rose below, and the vibrations go up through them as you masturbate.
If this is for a couple, the positioning should vary a bit. It depends on the position of your partner, mostly. In the doggy position, you can place the rose between your scrotum and penis, in order to press it against your partner during penetration. In missionary, or a similar equivalent, placing the rose on the upper side of your shaft should allow for clitoral stimulation.
