I recently had to do alot of travel for work. I did not like being away from home and on the road as they say, but luckily, I was prepared. What you receive is a white plastic egg, wrapped in plastic with the color designed to indicate the inside texture of the "sleeve". I am calling it a sleeve, but it is egg-shaped and easily stretches the length and shape of an erect penis. Along with the egg/sleeve is a single use packet of lube. I opted not to use the lube that is included because (at least to me) it has a foul smell and I'd rather not be distracted while I am trying to enjoy myself.

The egg is made of silicone, rated 10 on the EF safety scale. It is recommended that you use only water based lube with silicone toys. However, if you are not a fan of water lubes (and I am not) try using your lube of choice. The Tenga eggs are designed for single use and are low cost so you won't be destroying an expensive toy that is meant to last for years. I do use the eggs more than once and with the silicone lubes I prefer, and I get at least 3 uses out of each egg.

Each egg is the same size, material and shape. The difference is the internal texture. Practically speaking, each texture works equally well for me. The silicone is so soft, squishy, flexible and stretchy that I don't get much feel from the texture but the smoothness of the material feels much better to me than my hands. When you first look at the egg, you wonder if it will get past the head, but then you are pleasantly surprised just how much it can stretch. The down side to it stretching so much is that larger guys will need to exercise caution if they want to reuse their egg so it doesn't rip straightaway. The plus side is that the egg fits just about any man.

There are no electrical or moving parts to this masturbation sleeve so you don't need to worry about running out of batteries or having a malfunction. Since they do stretch so much and, depending on the size of your erect penis they can get pretty thin in spots, I always have a back up on hand. But, if I run out of back ups, I always have the lube and my hand so I am never disappointed. There is no learning curve-- place the lube inside and/or on your erect cock, place the egg over the head and you are good to go!! None of the eggs I have tried feel like a vagina, but I like the smoothness of the soft silicone when I am stroking.

If you use this as it is intended for a single use, there is no maintenance. I tend to use them at least 3 times (it is more economical). I fill the sink with warm (not hot) water and some liquid soap and swish it around. Because of the shape and nature of the material, it is easy to turn the egg inside out and clean all the nooks and crannies carefully. Then, I lay it on a towel to dry on both sides. It gets a little sticky so I always coat it with a bit of cornstarch (after it is dry and not too much cornstarch). I store it back in the plastic egg case or in a plastic bag.

The Tenga egg masturbators are individually packed in a plastic egg about the size and shape of the ones sold at Easter time that split in half and you fill with candy for the kids to find. The egg itself is white and each texture has its unique colored wrapping which also hints at what you will find inside. That may help some guys decide which to choose, but I find the textures don't really feel different from each other. The egg/sleeve itself is a very pale flesh color.

I like these eggs. The smoothness glides easily as I stroke my cock, and since it is thin as it stretches, I am able to tighten or loosen my grasp as I go faster or slower and I can pretty much decide when to climax.
