Guardian and its keeper - penis pump discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by SexyNCurious69

Having never used a penis pump before, my husband was a little unsure of what to think. He is always a willing participate in trying out new toys but this one he had his doubts over. When it came in the mail we were both excited to be trying out something new. That excitement didn't last long after we got started with the Guardian and its Keeper.

This particular penis pump is supposed to maximize your length and thickness with the pump itself, and then prolong the erection with the guaridan which is the penis ring. The box says you can get the electric model but we had the hand pump. The pump itself worked fine, the penis ring is where the problem occured for us.

When I took the Guardian and its Keeper out of the plastic it was wrapped in I noticed a faint smell. Not quite sure what the smell was but it wasn't a pleasant smell. It almost reminded my husband and I of used cat litter. The tube or cylinder where the penis slides in at is made of hard plastic. The tubes or hoses are made of plastic as well and all of it has a very smooth texture to it. The penis ring is made of hard plastic and it is smooth also.

This penis pump really didn't have much design to it. It is very simple. The cylinder is clear plastic and is about 9" long. It is 2 1/2" around. The sleeve that is on the bottom of the pump is beige in color, and the inner diameter of it is 1 1/4". The cock ring that comes with the pump is 1 3/4" round without being stretched.

My husband had no problem at all fitting inside of the penis pump, and I would consider him large when it comes to penis's. His problem came from the penis ring. It does not stretch too well and we weren't able to use it because he could never get it on.

This penis pump is a hand pump product. It has a finger piston on the side of the cylinder which allows you to block air from getting inside the cylinder, while you are pumping up your penis. If you feel like it is getting to tight, then you can unblock the piston and release some of the air from the cylinder. When you are pumping your penis up it does make a small noise. It sounds like pumping up a football, or something like that. It does not say if this hand pump version is water proof, but I wouldn't think it would be safe to use this in the water.

After you are done using the Guardian and its Keeper you need to wash out the cylinder and hoses with soap and warm water. Make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned. After you have it cleaned, it is best to store wrapped up in a sanitary location. I would wash the penis ring in warm soapy water as well and store it in the same place as the penis pump.

The Guardian and its Keeper comes in a box that looks just like it does advertised. However, the box can be misleading. The box shows a penis ring that has a little cut out spot at the top of it, and the penis ring that you receive is smooth all the way around. It also shows a little black box (looks like a small case) with the penis ring in it. You don' get the black box. When you open your box you will find that the pump and ring are in a plastic bag. You will have to hook your hoses up to the cylinder and it does come with instructions on how to use the pump.

When using this penis pump be sure to lubricate the bottom of the pump, base of penis, and penis itself. This allows your penis to slide easily along the wall of the cylinder as it is being pumped up. DO NOT use Vaseline or any other petroleum based lubricants. These types of lubricants "eat" latex and some plastic pumps. My husband used a water based lube and it worked just fine.

When we tried out the pump we had our doubts. You are supposed to insert your soft penis into the cylinder and press it back into your body so that no air can get in. Then put one finger over the hole (finger piston) and then start pumping the plunger to "enlarge" your penis. As you pump air into the cylinder your penis will get larger and harder. When you have reached what size you want, you are to put the penis ring on the base of your penis before releasing the vacuum, or your erection will disappear when you take off the pump.

The Guardian and its Keeper does work when it comes to making a soft penis hard but that is about it. After my husband pumped and became hard, he tried to put the penis ring on but it wouldn't fit. After fighting with it for several minutes he lost his erection. The ring wouldn't stretch any to accomodate his size. Even without using the pump he had a difficult time trying to get it on, and he just gave up because it was hurting him. This is one product he definately did not like.
