The Ribbed Stoker is a masturbation sleeve. It is reversible, with two different textures to provide two different experiences. One side has small ribs that run the entire length of the sleeve. The other side has raised domes, or half circles, for a very slightly more stimulating experience. The obvious use for this toy is masturbation. It can be used alone or by your partner for foreplay or a main course. Since this is a basic sleeve, it can be used by both beginner and advanced users. Using the Stoker is pretty straight forward. You lube up your erect penis, pick a side and insert. Since this is not a vibrating toy, either your hand or your partners hand provides the movement. It is an open ended toy so it can handle any length that you may be endowed with. Girth may be another matter, since the opening is very small and feels like it could break if the diameter of your penis is on the large side.

The Stoker is made of TPR, a type of plastic that is very elastic, hence the very small opening that will conform to your size (up to a point). TPR is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. The feel is very sticky to the touch, but it slides very easily when lube is added. Both sides are textured for added stimulation, one side is slightly ribbed and the other side has more pronounced nubs for an entirely different feel and slightly more stimulation. The sleeve had a strong chemical smell when I opened the package, but it doesn't impact use. As for the stickiness, this picture shows it stuck vertically to the side of the box that it arrived in, as well as the greasy stain it left when removed.

The stroker is 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The center hole is about 1/4 inch wide. The inside ribs are about 1/32 of an inch wide and tall. The domes on the reversible side are about 3/8 of an inch apart. The center hole tore slightly when a lubed finger was inserted. The size seems to be a little on the short size for the average user, and although it is very stretchy it does feel like it will rip if you are on the wide side. The mushy feeling takes away most of the stimulation of the different textures. I will admit that the stickiness of the toy made me somewhat nervous to use it. It feels like it may stick to your penis and not come off. Once lubed, it becomes slippery enough to use, however, you still have to deal with the sensation of it being stuck to your hand. As far as travel is concerned, although it is discreet, it will pickup any dirt or lint that may be in your suitcase.

Because of its design, the stoker should be easy to clean. But, even several washings with soap and water didn't remove the sticky feeling. Since it is an open ended toy, there is not much to clean up other then lube. The toy should be washed with soap and water or toy cleaner. Since it is made of TPR, you cannot boil it for sterilization. It is compatible with either silicone or water based lube. We normally store our toys in clean white cotton socks placed in toy bags. I feel this sleeve would be covered with lint if we tried this. It will need to be cleaned before each use to remove lint, pet hair, or everything else it picks up.

The packaging is a vacuum formed hang unit with a cartoon character masturbating on the insert card. There are no instructions, but really none are needed. I wouldn't use it to store the sleeve.

This sleeve was very difficult to use. It feels gross. I know I keep repeating how sticky it is, but it even stuck to the vertical side of the box! I don't know who would want to insert their member into this thing, or wrap their hand around it, for that matter.
