Sue Johanson's Head Honcho is a sleeve toy best used for male masturbation, be it alone or with a partner. This is a handheld toy. For use the penis is inserted into the sleeve and the sleeve is used to stroke and stimulate the shaft and head of the penis.

This toy can be used by most men as it is very stretchy and can accommodate most penises. It is good for those who want something different than their hand when they masturbate. This may also help to spice things up for partner play. It is suitable for beginners and intermediate users, although men who have used more advanced sleeves may not be crazy about it.

The Head Honcho is made of TPR silicone which is a silicone based rubber compound. Because of this it is only safe for use with water based lubricants.

The material is very stretchy and flexible, if a little sticky. It is very soft, plush and pliable. The toy gives off a slight citrus/plastic odor that does cling to the hands. This scent is not very obvious unless you bring the toy close to your face.

This toy is textured on the inside with ribs and three chambers that are supposed to provide suction. This did not provide much stimulation for me but that may be due to reasons of girth. This might work better for a man who is less girthy than I am, as I filled up the sleeve, which stretched the chambers out of shape.

The design of this toy appealed to me a lot more before I used it. To me, it seems that this toy was designed for small to average sized men without taking us bigger guys into consideration. The suction chambers really appealed to me and it seemed like an excellent idea but really fell flat for me.

The sleeve is wider at the end where you insert your penis and is completely clear and wider at the top than the rest of the sleeve. Around the opening is a replica of a vagina, although not realistic. The inside of the sleeve is ribbed and contains the three suction chambers. This sleeve is closed at the bottom.

This toy is intended to imitate a blow job and provide lots of suction. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for me as I felt no suction at all. I have read other reviews on this product and have decided that this may be an anatomical issue on my part.

This toy is suitable for those who have a penis of average length although I would not recommend it for someone who is girthier than average. I measure 6" around, which was enough to ruin the shape of the suction chambers inside the toy.

This toy is easy to hide and can be tucked away just about anywhere as it is not very large. It is easy to take along when traveling.

This toy was stimulating but not as much as I thought it would be. The size is wonderful and can accommodate most men, they just may not get the stimulation they desire.

The Head Honcho is pretty easy to care for. After use it must be cleaned. For this it is best to use soap and water. Then, just let the sleeve dry and it is ready to be put away.

This toy should be stored in it's box or in a plastic bag as it is a little sticky and may pick up lint or hair.

As I mentioned earlier, this sleeve is only safe for use with water based lubricants.

This toy is packaged in a small cardboard box which is not discreet. The sleeve is clearly pictured in several places. The front of the box states that it has "three suction cavities" and that it is "tight and stretchy". The sleeve is pictured on the box, along with the "Talk Sex with Sue" logo. The Cal Exotics logo is on the top of the box. Inside the box, the toy is wrapped in a small plastic bag. This can easily be used for storage, as could the box if you were so inclined. No instructions are included with the Head Honcho.

Once again, I really think that my faults with this toy were due to anatomy and I think that it would work great for most men.
