This toy is composed of two rings, one about an inch and a half in diameter, the other about 3/4's of an inch in diameter. They are both blue and silicone, and when they come they are clearly visible in the packaging. This packaging is not discreet at all.

Now, I was only able to use the smaller of the two rings because my fiance has had a varicose vein on one of his testicles, making it significantly larger than a normal testicle. As a result, I couldn't fit the larger ring, that is designed to go around the shaft and balls, on him. This product worked great for us without using this ring, but since we couldn't make the ring fit on him, I cannot speak to how it affects a person or play. The smaller ring is just pushed down to the base of a hard cock. We used gel lubricant on the rings to help them slide on easily, and once in place, the ring was secure until we made a deliberate effort to remove it.

The ring not only helped keep my fiance hard, but it also kept him from feeling like he was going to climax, so we could enjoy intercourse for a lot longer than we usually do.
