Packaging-

I was excited to find out I would be reviewing the Hero Remote Control Cockring from NassToys as it would be my first experience with a remote control toy. It arrived in simple plastic packaging that shows off the toy and the remote on the front while showing product information on the back. I am always pleased when packaging doesn’t resort to using crude/pornographic images to advertise toys.

Specifications/Care-

Once out of the packet the toy has a wonderfully soft feel to it. The entire set (cockring, bullet and remote) are blue. The main body of the cockring is made from silicone which is great as it is non-porous, latex and phthalate free. The material is quite stretchy so fitting should not be a problem. It has an internal circumference of 3 ¼ inches. It has a ten function bullet attached which is made from abs plastic and operated by remote control. The bullet is powered by three LR44 batteries. I was surprised to see that in addition to coming with batteries the toy is also supplied with three spares. This is great as the smaller size batteries can be hard to find sometimes. The bullet measures in at 2 ½ inches long and has a circumference of 2 ¾ inches. The remote control unit is powered by one 12V battery which is supplied.

Use-

Cockring
The cockring portion of the toy as I mentioned is quite stretchy and malleable so girth shouldn’t be an issue for many people. If you are using it with lube make sure you use either water based or oil based one as silicone lubricants on silicone toys can damage them. The section that holds the bullet is textured with little nodules for increased clitoral stimulation.

Bullet
The bullet portion of the toy is larger than I expected. It has ten functions including three different strengths of constant vibration as well as oscillation and pulsing. It is controlled exclusively by use of the remote supplied and cannot be used without it. When used with the silicone cockring the entire unit is waterproof which means you can use it in the shower but it is not submergeable so try to avoid using it in a pool or a bath.

Remote
The remote control unit is very small and simple. It has a small chain attached to it so you can easily attach it to key-rings or belt loops etc. It has two buttons a large one that both turns the device on and cycles through the functions and then a smaller one that is used to turn it off. I have one small issue with the remote and it is this. The remote unit is not waterproof. This means that although the cockring and bullet are waterproof you cannot use the remote in water. If you did want to use it in the shower for example you would have to pick one function or speed you like before hand and then stick with it. Other than this the remote works very well and is a good idea as you can change function during intercourse with ease.

Summary-

In conclusion I have to say I was surprised by the quality of this toy. I had always thought of cockrings as something low quality and disposable but this toy has shown me a whole different view. The materials are quality and the functionality is first rate. The three extra batteries included are a nice bonus. While the remote unit is not waterproof this is a minor flaw and does not detract from the overall experience of the toy. This toy is suitable to people interested in intercourse accessories but can also double for use as a teasing device if someone else has the remote. If you are at all into cock rings and are looking for something high end then I recommend this toy.
