I have been waiting a long time to get my hands on a Fleshlight. Now that we have one I have to say it's worth every penny.

When the Fleshlight arrived it came in a tall USPS box. Inside the box we found the tin that the Fleshlight is packaged in. The tin is black and green with the word Fleshlight written down the side of it letting you know what is inside. The tin appears to be made of aluminum and is made very well. The back also has a little paragraph about the product letting us know a little about the product.

Once the tin is opened you can see that the Fleshlight is packaged using cardboard and plastic to protect the product. The cardboard creates a buffer between the tin and the product and the plastic bag creates a seal over the product. It comes with some documentation about the product and how to care for it, some information on Fleshlight's other products, as well as some complementary lube.

After removing the toy from its plastic you find that it resembles a flashlight. Some people find that the Fleshlight could pass as a flashlight therefore making it easy to hide and possibly mistake. The product itself is molded plastic that consists of 4 parts. The very end of the toy has a small cap that can be adjusted to regulate air flow in and out of the toy. The opposite end of the toy that covers the entrance to the toy also contains a cap which can be removed with ease giving access to the inside of the toy. The center section of the toy is also plastic which is molded to resemble the body of a flashlight. The body of the toy has the word Fleshlight molded into the side as well as other lines making it further resemble a flashlight. The final portion of the toy is the actual sleeve of the toy which is the inside of the toy.

The inside of the toy is manufactured out of a new material called Superskin. The material is very close to feeling like a womans body and has the characteristics of being very stretchy and retaining heat well. For those who are allergic the product does not contain latex or phthalates and is non-allergenic. The entrance of this specific product is as realistic as it gets resembling an actual vagina. The Superskin material in this product is pink. Inside the product, the material is bumpy and textured and this is actually why this product is called STU. It is recommended that you use a water based lube with this toy due to the material. The material needs to be cleaned with warm water because soap will actually damage the material. It is recommended to remove the sleeve and run warm (not hot) through the opening of the toy until you feel the toy is clean. I usually run mine under the water for about 30 seconds or so.

As far as it being a toy, it is definitely very fun to play with. However it does have some downsides.

First off, the toy, regardless of what the name says, does not look like a flashlight. It is quite a bit bigger than a flashlight and unless it's an aluminum flashlight like a mag light your comparing it to, it is much heavier than a conventional plastic flashlight. So regardless if it's in the tin or out of the tin on the shelf you aren't going to be able to slide this by as a flashlight. If anybody knows there is a sex toy that looks like a flashlight they are going to be able to pick this out right away. The next problem is that it is pretty big for a sex toy. It is the type of toy that you have to keep in a drawer or a specific place designated to keep the toy. The material is great but it is difficult to clean and if it isn't completely dry when its put away it will smell slightly moldy, which is no good at all. It also becomes very sticky over time with use. It is recommended in the documentation sent with the toy, that the Fleshlight be powdered with corn starch every once in a while to prevent it from being sticky.

It really is a great toy except for the minor issues that you just can't ignore. I would definitely recommend this toy to anyone looking for a great masturbator. I just hope that the issues I have with it can be resolved so I can love everything about it.
