The Oro–stimulator is the first and only penis pump I've ever tried, so I can’t really compare it to any others. Since I have never used any of this type of product, I figured, I would get a cheap one to try it out before investing in a more expensive model. Since it was my first pump I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have good instructions. After you follow a very basic set of instructions to put the unit together it says “From this point you are on your own. Experiment and use your imagination.” Based on the look of the device I expected the rubber to unfold and stroke the entire shaft. I was never able to get it to work that way. It was able to generate a fair amount of suction on the tip of my penis. It squeezes about an inch and a half of the tip of the penis. Once you release the pump ball, the suction in the rubber sleeve also releases. Based on the picture on the box that may be it's intent. I felt like I was operating a device designed to clean out a clogged toilet. Basically if you squeeze the ball, is squeezes your penis.



The tube and pump seem to be high quality but the rubber sleeve is a bit delicate. After using the product a few times, the rubber sleeve developed a small hole near where it connected to the plastic funnel. One side of the rubber sleeve is thicker than the other. I'm not sure if the inconsistent thickness of the rubber sleeve was intentional or not. So what I did was flipped the rubber around to the other side. Since the instruction didn't specify, I would recommend having the thicker end of the rubber stretched around the plastic funnel.

The kit came in a standard box with limited instructions on assembly. Each part came in its own plastic bag. One thing that I found weird was that the rubber sleeve had a very greasy or oily film on it. It says to “Wash all the parts in mild soap and warm water before assembling.” I washed the sleeve a few times to get the factory grease off it. I hope you can see the weird grease in the picture. I recommend cleaning it very very well before assembling.

The item just did not hold up. Now I have a bunch of parts that don't stay together, so I haven't used it since I wrote the review.
