This particular sleeve does not come with a case or holder of any kind—what you see is what you get, and you'll be holding it in your hand during use. In my experience, cold temperatures and erections don't mix, so a soak of the toy in a bowl of hot water is recommended before use.

This particular toy is made of a material called UR3 (ultra realistic 3), a PVC/silicone that does a fair job of mimicking the texture of real skin. Removing it from the packaging it had a mildly unpleasant perfumed smell that lingered even after soaking in water.
