The Cobra Libre is designed to be used primarily for solo play, but with a little bit of creativity, it could easily be used for couple play as well. When set to certain levels of vibration, the lip of the hood actually pulsates back and forth and could be used as a sort of stimulator for one partner positioned over the toy while the other is inserted in it.

The Cobra Libre is made of very high quality material. The hood that the penis is inserted into is made from silicone, and is slightly stretchy. To power on the Cobra Libre, press and hold A for 2 seconds. This will put the Cobra Libre into an "idle" mode, just another feature that really shows this toy was inspired by the Shelby Cobra. The "idle" mode is great to get things started, such as when you're lubing up or if you're not quite hard yet and have entered it already. From here, each additional press of the C button will take the vibrations to the next level. For straight vibrations, before the patterns begin, you'll experience approximately 15 levels of vibrations* (including the "idle" mode). Once you've reached level 15 and are enjoying the amazing power of the highest level, you can enter the patterns by pressing the C button. There are 5 patterns available, which are quite hard to explain. But they include variations of pulsing and fluttering in different intensities and frequencies. When you're in the patterns, just press the B button to return to the highest level of straight vibrations. And at any time, whether in the patterns or just straight vibrations, just press the A button to return to the "idle" mode.

*Because of the control panel technology, it's sometimes hard to know whether or not a button was activated once or twice. This causes a little uncertainty in knowing exactly which level you're on, as there's sometimes not a distinct transition from level to level.

The two motors in the Cobra Libre are surprisingly quiet. They do produce a small rumble/buzzing that could be heard across the room, but even at its highest setting, it'd be hard to hear this very well through a closed door.

The Cobra Libre is totally waterproof, but it's made this way primarily to withstand exposure to water during cleaning. I personally wouldn't use this completely submerged, such as in the pool or tub. Even if you did, you'd have to make sure the control panel stayed dry, as even a little lube or water on the buttons will impair their functioning.

Another great thing about the Cobra Libre is that it's rechargeable. Just place the included Click 'n' Charge charger near the logo on the back of the toy, and it'll magnetically snap into place and begin charging.

As the hood of the Cobra Libre is made from silicone, you should not use silicone-based lubes with it. Instead, just use some of your favorite water-based lube and you're set!

An awesome feature of the Cobra Libre is that it doesn't take much effort to clean. Though the toy is not overtly marketed as being completely waterproof to the point of submersion, it is built to be able to withstand moderate amounts of exposure to water. In other words, once you're finished using it, you can simply wash out the hood with soap and warm water and not worry about covering the rest of the toy while doing so.

The first time I used this, I started it out on the lower settings and kept it there for just a moment before I revved it up to the highest power. Though I had read many reviews and experiences of others with this toy, I was not prepared for how powerful the vibrations were. I sat back and let the Cobra Libre do its job on my cock.
