The Double hole cup allows the user to experience two distinct experiences. It calls the two holes sweet and bitter. They allude that the holes represent vaginal and anal respectively. Unwrap the side you want, take the cap off, and just go to town on it. It is extremely simply to use; but this simplicity is it's downfall.

The outside of the can is hard plastic and lets you get a good grip on it. There are two distinct zones to the cup. There is a rubbery entry area that contains the lube and then there is the actual cup itself. This part is a bit porous and will remind you a bit of Styrofoam packing peanuts. This sounds bad, but it is actually not that bad. The two sides offer distinct textures. The sweet/vaginal side is smooth with a few bumps. The bitter/anal side is tighter and full of ridges. The two sides are different; but you really wont be able to tell the difference that much.

It has a simple round shape that fits nicely into your hand. It may be a bit on the small side for guys with larger than average penises. I will say that when I was getting into it, I managed to knock the other ends cap off a few times. Once you get past the length, there is an interesting option with the two air holes on the side. You can cover over them if you want to create a vacuum. It works ok, but it is not that great of a feature.

The packaging says "one time use only", but in reality, you can use it multiple times if you are smart about it. For one thing, this cup has two separate holes, so save one for another day if you want to use the cup only once. Also, you can clean it if you care to. Personally, I just made sure to pull out so there would be no cum to clean out. If you do plan on cleaning it, be sure to add more lube to it before you go for it.
