I found my best use of this toy to be during your alone/down time, which is how I've used it so far. When you lay it down on the bed, the rounded shape of it makes it roll a little to what would be "face down" for the doll, so you need to hold it yourself until you're on top of it. I think this toy would work great for any guy, especially anime fans. Although I am not an anime fan myself, I used a bit of imagination and made my own fun.

The pillow itself is basically a giant pool toy, just with holes to insert the masturbator. The masturbator smelled of strawberries, which wasn't that unpleasant actually. The material and texture of the masturbator is the big prize though; it's very soft and realistic. I think anyone of any experience level would get just as much fun out of this as I did.

The design of the pillow could have been better. Like I said before, it's very round so it rolls to one side and can get lint or fuzz stuck on the masturbator which may prolong cleanup when the time comes. The size is good; it's roughly 4.5 ft or so. I currently hide the toy fully inflated underneath my bed with blankets draped over the edges, so it is easy to hide if stored in a bed or closet. The toy is in no way discreet, but if you deflate it, by rolling it up and packing it in a bag, you could take it with you.

When done with the toy, you'll want to clean the masturbator with soap and water, or however you choose to clean toys. The hardest thing about caring for the toy is cleaning the pocket where the masturbator is inserted. I store it under my bed, fully inflated, and hidden behind some boxes and other things for good measure.

It is packaged in a box with a picture of your featured doll/pillow on the front and describes that there is a masturbator included. This does not make it very discreet. The packaging could be used as storage or a gift box, but deflating and re-inflating later is more trouble than it's worth.
