Pouch short - shorts discontinued by Male Power - review by Sera26

Deciding to Review These
I was both excited and apprehensive about this review. While I often wear lingerie for my man he usually just wears funny boxers. I thought that these would be sexy in a fun way on him but I didn't know if he would like them. I asked and he agreed to try out any underwear that I got him. So I got him these and the Wet look brief in the same order.

Packaging


These animal print pouch shorts from Male Power come in a classy black box with gold accents. The Front showcases the front of the short. A small size sticker is also affixed to it. The back showcases other styles by Male Power including the Wonder Thong, Jungle Stud, Sport Jock and Moonshine. It also lists fabric information and washing instructions. The bottom of the box lists the US and European sizing for these from 1 size to XL. I'm fond of the packaging and think that it would be nice to give to a lover as a present. When I opened the box the shorts were sealed in plastic with the brand and size listed on the front.

Sizing
I ordered these briefs in a size large, which is what my fiance usually wears in boxers. According to the EF size chart they should fit a 36-38" waist. My man has a 32-34" waist. He said that the fit seemed both accurate and comfortable. The unstretched measurements are as follows: waist 26", length 10", crotch pouch 8" long and 2-6" wide (from the smallest to widest point).

Material & Care Information
These slinky shorts from Male Power are made of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. You can machine wash these in cool water, tumble dry them on cool and then promptly remove them. You can also iron these on cool. Do not dry clean them. The inner tag specifies that you should wash dark colors separately so I'm guessing that it's possible for the color to run when you wash these. I haven't had a chance to do so yet.

When I first opened these I couldn't help laughing. I didn't notice that there were leopard heads printed in various spots on the shorts when I saw them on the site. I just thought that they were a leopard print in general. I also became focused on the pouch in the front which was a selling point for me as it's sexually exciting to me for some reason.


When my fiance first saw these he also gave me a look because of the heads. Once he had them on it was a different story though. He said that they were very comfy and he liked the pouch in the front. He was able to wear them in general and not just as lingerie.

My man still wears these regularly in the bedroom for me. He loves how comfy they are & I love the fit.

Recently he forgot to bring extra clean boxers over so he decided to wear these out under his regular clothes that day. He wore them for hours and never complained. They were that comfy. In fact I forgot he'd been wearing them until we got home and got busy.

I have hand washed these and laid them flat to dry. They are still in the same great condition as when we received them.
