For a man wanting a bigger member this will get you on the way. It increased my length by about 2 inches and I don't know the girth, it does look bigger. While I had difficulty with the erection keeper ring, I feel a good slip on elastic type, or snap type cock ring will do the trick. I bought this pump to help with my erections. As I've gotten older the old power driver just is not there any more, close but no cigar, this seemed like a good idea at the time. It comes complete with a sleeve, that at first I did not know what I needed a sleeve for, but found out later. The quick disconnect is a really good feature.
The cylinder is clear, so I can watch what is happening, as it happens. The vacuum dial, while it may or not be accurate, gives one a sense of control, and accomplishment. The pump is easy to use, and I found I can create suction rapidly or slower and gentler as I desired. I think I like it slower, the erotic sensations of pumping are pure joy. Usually just a couple pumps started the blood to flow. A bit of lube at the base, around the cylinder and skin area really helps with suction. I never could figure out the erection ring that was included, it seems to snap in place, and a snapping item is not what I wanted around that area of my body, pinching hurts!
The tubing is a bit stiff and does not coil very well, also after a couple of uses the ends became flared and I had to replace with newer material, home depot, or Lowe's have replacement tubing. Once replaced it worked great. The tubing connection for the cylinder is on the end, best place for it. I don't know how the cylinders with the attachment on the side fare.
Now for the sleeve. At first I did not know what I was to do with a sleeve. Made of cyberskin, with little nubs inside, it looked intriguing. And did it ever work!! Just pump your cock a bit, remove your member insert the sleeve, lube up and insert your member. Pumping the sleeve, with the hand pump, creates a suction on the sleeve, and you can see all this through the clear tube, and stroke for as long as you can hold out! Afterward, simply remove the sleeve and wash in warm soapy water, rinse and towel off. The cylinder cleans even as well with warm soapy water.
This is not for use in the shower, or at least I would not recommend using it around water. It is possible to pump up, remove at the quick disconnect and get in the shower, that never occurred to me to do just that.
Also if traveling, as I do frequently, pack this in your checked baggage, they ask enough questions at the screening stations.

Experience
The first time I used this, I was reminded early on to shave. Shaving is the key to successful pumping endeavors, for both boys and girls. Besides it just looks a bit more erotic.
