This pump is just like many others I have looked at the size is acceptable and it has good suction. I would definitively replace the sleeve if I intended to use on a regular basis. The suction it produces is pleasant and the bulb and release valve work well. This toy is not one that you would let your girlfriend see. I do love the great picture on the tube but as for using it before love making it does make for an uncomfortable few moments and I saw no real difference is length or girth. My wife did however like it to suck her breasts.

The latex sleeve that it is packaged with is a bit long and not comfortable to penetrate and especially to withdraw. Actually it can be painful to withdraw from the latex sleeve. The hard latex comes to a point that tends to jab the tip of your penis when you pull out. My wife also complains that it makes me smell like tires (not very pleasant). I was able to adjust the sleeve by sliding it up the tube a bit and sniping the tip and trimmed the points. Doing this made it usable but just so. If your looking for a pump just to experience the sensation of pumping, then it will work but spend a little more and get a replacement sleeve.

I do like the picture on the pump and the size is not to large so there is no problem finding a place to store it. The pump bulb is functional and does the job. If you are looking for extreme or painful suction this pump is not for you. I wouldn't advise air travel with it unless you like having your bags checked and you pump put on display. Personally I never travel with anything but a dong and a masturbator that would not be suspicious on x-rays.

I was originally concerned that the sleeve was going to be hard to remove and replace but I have had no problems. The sleeve is a very strong and gets quite slippery with little lube. This pump is only water-based lube compatible as with most toys. The plastic tube cleans up well with hot water and needs little care otherwise. The pump connection to the tube does worry me it does not screw on it just pushes on and is hard to remove. I believe that if removed and replaced to many times it will loose its seal.

All in all I would not recommend this pump there are better functioning and more comfortable pumps to use out there. The price and the picture are nice but they do not make up for the lack of comfort. I recommend that anyone that uses a pump should pare it with a good cock ring to maintain any increase in size.
