The Macho Ultra cock ring by Nasstoys. I was excited to try this since I have never tried a cock ring before. This cock ring is made of jelly with 9 functions of vibration in the bullet and has two balls encased with jelly hanging from the bottom. This ring can fit any size due to how much it can stretch. The balls hanging from the bottom can be stretched for anal insertion but I would not push it too far, it is very thin and may break. When first trying this I only inserted the first ball, the jelly between the first and second ball is thicker then the connection from the ring and first ball. I did not want to risk having both balls break off and losing it inside my partner.
The bullet is removable and waterproof. It can be opened to change the two watch batteries inside. The bullet has a push button start to begin its vibrating cycle. It starts off with about a 20 second continuous vibration then pulses through seven to ten times at different pulse speeds then recycles again, I am assuming this is the 9 functions. On the outside of the jelly casing there are little nubs for clitoral stimulation. Depending on where your clit is this might not reach it in some positions. The ring can also shift around the penis, if you don't use lube or a condom you may have to stop to adjust it back to the right spot. I would also advise if you or your partner have hair down there it might pull on it.

Experience
After doing research I had decided to try this one out. It was self-explanatory with only one button start. I turned it on and put my finger tip on the nubs and felt it go through its cycles. It left my finger tips tingly for about five minutes I could only image what it would feel like down there. I started to stretch it out and see what it can do. I tugged on the balls, only a bit, the connection to the balls is really thin and it could break. When we tried it out I only put the bigger ball inside him. I was disappointed that the bullet only touched my clit if I was on top and forward angle. I actually found the pulsing to throw me off. As I stated earlier, this is my first one ever trying. I have found that I prefer constant vibrations. The only part I enjoyed from this was the balls hitting my clit in ‘doggy-style'. Even though this one was not for me I will keep trying and I got a nifty little bullet to still use!
