The textures inside the sleeve provides stimulation to further add to the experience. The size should fit most men unless you are extremely large. Since the stroker is open-ended, it will accept any length penis. Also, since it is open on both ends, it's better to lube your member rather than the toy, or it will get lube everywhere. The stroker can be used for solo play or partner operated.

The Pleasure Stroker is made out of a TPR-type plastic that is very stretchable. It is hypo-allergenic, latex free, phthalates free material. It is slightly porous so it cannot be boiled to sterilized. There was no smell upon opening the box and it is very soft and extremely flexible. I was able to insert 4 fingers without any problem. The black material surrounding the toy is a little firmer. The inside channel has different size nodules to aid in stimulation. Because it is so stretchy, I think it will fit most men.
