Lacking in Enthusiastic Toys... Tenga Flip Hole is Here to Save the Day.
I gotta say that the Tenga Flip Hole is a powerhouse of design and functionality in the world of men's handheld toys. It seems to me that there was a lot of time and research that was put into this device and it all paid off big-time. The Tenga exceeded all of my expectations and gave my slowly decreasing hope in toys a renewed charge. There is hope out there for men that want to take their self-explorations to a new level.Published: December 18, 2010
Pros:
Attention to detail is top of the line
Cons:
Outter silicone inlay around the buttons ripped on first use.
So I received my package from Edenfantasys.com and their warehouse does a great packing job. There's no chance of it opening by accident in transit. So once I finally got the package open, there it was--my new Tenga Flip Hole, and boy did it look first-class. I was extremely impressed with the aesthetics of the Tenga Flip Hole. Now once I removed the Tenga Flip Hole from its clear plastic wrapping and popped the top on the Flip Hole's container, I noticed a faint smell of silicone, nothing too uncommon for a product containing this much silicone. My first impression of the Tenga was that it had a very sleek design and feel to it in comparison with other toys of this nature.
The Tenga Flip Hole has a great design concept. This product is made for anyone looking to have a fantastic experience with a handheld male sex toy. There is a slide and base system that works as a holder for the Flip Hole. The Flip Hole is really two pieces that are held together by a hinge at one end. The hinge seems like something you're going to want to be extra careful with, otherwise this piece could snap and break off pretty easily. The holder is also meant to be used as a drying rack after it is washed. It really does add to the over all pleasing look and functionality of the toy.
On the outer shell of the Flip Hole--where you would hold on to it--there are 3 white plastic pieces on both sides that look like buttons. These designate where you apply a sucking pressure to your penis while it is inside the Flip hole--either the top of the head, the middle of the shaft, or the base. If you really want to you can use all three at once. These buttons have a soft silicone inlay. This inlay has a very realistic feel to it. This is all built around a hard white plastic shell. The Flip Hole has no motorized parts within it. I did have a tear occur after my first use at the bottom of the outer inlay, but it was hidden under where it meets the plastic. So I sent it back to Eden and a week later I received a brand new Tenga Flip Hole. But alas this one also had a small rip in the same spot. I'm just hoping this does not get any worse.
Upon flipping open my Tenga Flip Hole, both sides of the silicone walls were stuck together. It took a little bit of effort to pry them apart. Once I fully opened both sides, I noticed they are both made of an extremely soft silicone. Now I gotta say that the time and effort put into the design of this toy was well worth it. Every part of the corridor that your penis runs through is designed to give pleasure, from the point your penis enters to where your head will lay at the top. This is all flawless in my opinion. For anyone looking to start with a toy or wants to add to their existing collection, this toy is definitely worth a look.
There are three different lubricants that come with the Tenga Flip Hole: Mild, Real and Wild. All three seemed to smell like bubbles. I was playing around with the vials and noticed that they all had a different thickness to them by how slow the air bubble up moved through the vial. Mild's air bubble moved real slow; this was definitely the thickest one of the three. Real's moved a little faster, and with the Wild there seemed to be nothing stopping the air from traveling through the vial. There was an ingredients list on a sticker on the plastic wrapping around the storage container, but that was removed with the wrapping. After that I noticed the instructions have a nice little hiding spot at the bottom of the Tenga's storage container. Within the instruction booklet it tells how to clean and use the Tenga Flip Hole.

Experience
What I did...
First, I washed it thoroughly with warm water and antibacterial soap and let it dry for about 20-30 mins.
Second, I picked the Mild lube for my first use, which was when I noticed it was very thick. It took a little bit of effort, but I proceeded to pour it down both corridors of the device.
Third, I slid the Tenga Flip Hole back into its base with the hole facing out and noticed a little bit of lube oozing out of the hole.
Fourth, I put on my favorite porn.
Fifth, I got myself aroused and decided it was time--then Pow! As soon as my penis entered this wonderful chamber I felt some of the most amazing sensations. The buttons on the top and bottom created a vacuum in the chamber, and this worked very well and made it feel like I was getting a blow job. The thick lube worked well with the Tenga as in it didn't leak all over me, and I used it for a good 20-30 mins and didn't have to reapply any. I really liked that. So I can say this much: I have had a ton of different handheld toys, but I don't think that I have ever owned a toy that was designed to please my cock this well.
Sixth, clean up was not too bad considering how much pleasure I get out of the deal. But you do really have to make sure that you get in all the cracks really well. I thought that I had washed it really well and later that day I was showing it to my girl for the first time, and she noticed some lube still inside some of the cracks. I'll have to do better next time.
Seventh, I stored The Tenga back in the plastic container that it came in. This way it will be clean and ready to go for my next use.

Tenga Flip Hole - Approx. 50 Uses?
-
The Tenga Flip Hole's promotional video states that the it can be used "about 50 times with normal use."
That doesn't seem very durable for an $86 toy. I'd love to get one for my boyfriend, but we're currently 400 miles apart because of school. I don't think it will take him long to reach 50 uses.
Does anyone have any input about how long this toy has lasted for them? -
The Flip Hole was my first sex toy. I bought it last August and have never regretted it. Mine seems to be very durable and I've had no problems with it. I suspect that it will hold up much longer than 50 uses.
-
I tend to agree with B8trDude... it lasts longer than 50 uses. We've had ours about the same amount of time and I'm pretty sure we've used it more than that. Just be sure your boyfriend sticks with water-based lubes and doesn't use super hot water to wash it.

Flip Hole noise?
-
I want to get the white Flip Hole for my boyfriend, but I'm a bit worried about reports of it being noisy. He lives with roommates and has thin walls, and surely doesn't want everyone in the house to wonder why these sucking/fart noises keep coming from his bedroom.
That said, he really likes suction and intense grip, so I don't think the standard Fleshlights would do it for him (he doesn't want one that looks realistic, and the non-descript doesn't come in textures).
So, my questions are thus: Is the Flip Hole so noisy you can hear it through a door, and if so, is it still worth it? Is there any way of lessening it (extra lube or going slow perhaps)? -
The more lube my husband has applied makes no difference in the noise, even going slowly doesn't change it. It is still noisy and it is still worth it. We have the Black version.
My husband and I think it could be heard through a door if there is no TV or stereo on. So, turn on the tube and let it rip! Otherwise, wait until you're home alone. -
Its not really that noisy. Turn on the TV and that will really prevent anything, the fleshlight has adjustable suction btw.
