Being pretty new to the idea of a male masturbator, I wasn't sure what to expect. But once I received it, it was pretty straight forward. First, I noticed that this sleeve requires a lot of lube, so don't go light on it or it definitely won't feel as good. The inside of the sleeve is lined with a series of small ribs, almost similar to a fine washboard which does a fantastic job of stimulating the head. The end of the sleeve has a hole in it, unlike the picture, which is probably a good thing so air won't get trapped inside the sleeve and rip the material from any air pressure. The best way to use it is to lube it up, slide in to the end, then with your other hand pinch off the hole to create a seal. This lets the suction happen and is where the sleeve does the job.

Carmen's Voluptuous lips is made of Futurotic material which, when received, is in a bag covered in the talc free powder. There was definitely a slight rubbery and synthetic odor to it. The outside with the powder feels smooth and definitely has skin-like qualities. The outside of the sleeve being rougher and more skin like makes it much easier to hold on to one it's lubed up. The inside is much less porous and rough, and when rinsed a little is very sticky, but it's not like the sleeve would be used without lubrication. After first use, I noticed multiple tears on the outside and inside of the sleeve, and after more uses, more tears have appeared. This hasn't impeded the performance of the sleeve yet, but it may not hold up as long as other materials.

The sleeve starts with realistic lips and a small hole about the size of a large pen. The material is very stretchy and it did not feel too tight. I have a wider girth than average and it did not feel uncomfortable in any way. I also am a little over average in length as well and I had no problem, barely reaching the end of the sleeve. The end has a hole in it, which isn't in the picture, but is really helpful to get the best feeling since the end can be closed off to produce maximum suction. The material is stretchy enough and durable enough to turn inside out for good cleaning.

First, the futurotic material is silicone based, so make sure use water based lube. Since the material is so stretchy, it is easy to turn inside out, which makes it easy to rinse and dry. Be sure to wash the sleeve with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner to make sure nothing gets caught in all the ribs. After use and cleaning, the sleeve comes with the talc free powder to apply for upkeep. I found it works best to apply it to your hand, then "dab" it around the sleeve and finally rub the powder all over the sleeve. Futurotic, being a skin like material, is also very porous. I would not advise sharing it without a condom but I doubt sharing a male masturbator is that common of a practice.

The packaging is pretty simple with the box featuring Carmen Hart, who these lips are modeled after. In the box there is a plastic bag with the sleeve, and the inside of the bag is covered with the talc free powder, so it makes a good storage bag for the future. The bag also comes with a container of the powder in a squirt bottle of sorts. It was a little confusing as to how to use the bottle and control the amount of powder that comes out, but not too bad.

My experience so far has been decent with Carmen's Voluptuous Lips. Without the suction there is little to no stimulation, but once I pinched off the top when I was at the end of the sleeve, the suction was fantastic. The ribs stimulated my head in kind of a tickling fashion, but very pleasurable either way. With the sensation, however, it was sometimes overwhelming and the ribs did not seem stimulate the shaft very well. With the outside being more rough and porous, it was easy to hold onto even when lube was on the outside of the sleeve. I was, however disappointed with the tearing of the material and am concerned on how it will hold up for extended use. Make sure to use lots of lube though, because there is definitely a night and day difference if not enough lubrication is used.
