In order to keep the sleeve silky smooth, we've found applying cornstarch is absolutely necessary. It gets really sticky if it's not powdered, and once it's finely dusted with cornstarch, it feels like baby soft skin again. Just don't get over-zealous, or it will cake up when lube is applied.
