I love this toy. It has a nice heft to it and the feeling is beautiful. When I first got it, my girlfriend played with it constantly commenting on how soft it was. There is slight powder on the sleeve that it was shipped in. The material the sleeve is made of is truly one of the best materials I have felt.
When I finally got to use it, I was blown away. I heated it up by soaking it in a sink filled with hot water. It floated a bit so I may have had a air bubble or something in the case still. Took it out and dried it off slightly and shot a massive quantity of lube in it, more than needed. To me it feels better with slightly more than necessary amount of lube in it. I found that some extra lube would slip out the air holes on the other end of the product while using it. I remedied this by wrapping a small towel around the product when using it in between the mattress and box spring. I found that putting it between the mattress and box spring was the best way to get hands free without buying a dedicated piece of furniture. It is amazing how many different sensations you can get with it when you hold it in your hands. The clean up was a breeze. I am planning on buying some actual toy cleaner solution in the near future.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. So satisfied that I wanted to get another one to go along with this one. I ended up with the alien one that they make. I bought this later directly through the manufacturer because I loved this product so much. By the way, they should sell the alien here as well!

It has served me well but I am going to be retiring it sooner than later. I still like it but it shows some signs of wear and tear that can not be ignored much longer. I should have taken better care of it when it was sitting for a long time.

If you have access to a sink with running water for a minute, you have everything you need to clean it. Isopropyl alcohol and corn starch seem to be additional optional measures that may keep it in better shape over the long run, but are probably not necessary every time.
