I found the toy to be comfortable when used and my partner enjoyed the extra stimulation. The stretch this ring has should allow it to fit any size penis but not be too tight. I am not sure I like the little nodules on the cock ring itself, but they do not make it uncomfortable.

I would have liked it to be a smooth ring instead for my personal taste.

The beads that hang down are great for an added ball banging experience as they are heavy but not very big, so they add a little bang while you are using them, and also act as a stimulator when doing other positions that would not allow the clitoral stimulator to hit your partners' clit.

I don't know about them acting as anal beads; the rubber that connects the beads seems very light and I was hesitant they would break off and then get stuck in my rear. I would personally stick with anal beads made specifically for anal use as they are made of a thicker rubber that is stronger and you don't have to deal with the other stuff found when combined with a cock ring. I will say that while this 'macho cock ring' is made of an extremely stretchy rubber, it is still very thin.

All in all, I like the texture, the additional stimulation and the very light weight of this cock ring and the multitude of additional features it provides.

I give this sex toy a four star rating. I would have given it a five star rating except for the use as anal beads recommendation from the manufacturer; I think the rubber is too thin to be used for that purpose.
