The Fleshlight was my first masturbation sleeve. If I was going to spend the money, I wanted it to be worth it. So I read as many reviews as I could find and this seemed like a good choice. No regrets.

Pretty straight-forward as far as sleeves go. I hand-hold, but I guess you could be more creative with positioning it between the couch cushions, etc. I prefer to enhance the realistic feel by soaking the sleeve in hot water for 10 minutes or so before use.

The material is what sets this sleeve apart. Very realistic, especially when heated before use (soak in hot water) and used with a water-based lubricant. The material is smooth, soft and very flexible. I find it too soft to use without the "flashlight-style" canister that it comes in. There was practically no odor.

The overall size is a little big, so it's the kind of thing that stays at home under the counter... not something I travel with. The actual product fit is pretty good. I consider myself pretty average in size and have no trouble with it. I wouldn't rate it as a tight fit. If you're truly on the larger end of the spectrum it should still accommodate you. If you're on the small end, I might be concerned with it being too loose.

Have I mentioned the realistic feel? Non-mechanical, so nothing to break. No noise, except my moans. Water-proof. Material holds up very well so far (after 4 months).

I use a water-based lubricant. I've read the other reviews about it being difficult to clean and disagree. When I'm finished using it, I run hot water through the sleeve, rinse out the residual, and stand it on end to dry. Very simple and I have never had any issues. I will say that this is something that only I use, so I am not concerned with disinfecting it to prevent the transmission of diseases. The material is a little porous and if disease transmission was a concern for me I may feel differently.
