The concept of this toy is simple; slide your rod through the top ring (the "erection band"), and place the super stretchy "baller attachment" around your scrotum. Then, push the on/off switch, and viola, instant pleasure. Well, not so much. This toy may work for some, but not others. Overall, I would say a beginner to an advanced user could figure out how to use it, but I don't think they would get much out of it either way.

The material this toy is made out of is stretchy silicone (TPR Silicone to be exact). It had a mild odor when first out of the package, but a good washing pretty much eliminated that. The texture was a combination of both smooth and "nubby", and quite frankly, it was not very noticeable. Therefore, it was not real stimulating, even with the vibrating attachment turned on.

The design and shape of this toy seemed okay at first. And, having used similar devices, I had high hopes for this toy. Those hopes were dashed soon after I opened the toy.
