This works with any penis pump. You could also use it as a cock ring by itself, but there are better options out there then this. This is made from rubber. It is not the safest material out there for sex toys and accessories. But assuming that you are not sharing this with anyone, you should not have any problems. You cant sanitize this, so just use caution.

Rubber will pull your hair. I keep everything trimmed neat, and it still pulled at what every hair it could find. So if you have a crotch fro, prepare for some pain when trying to remove this. The rubber is very stretchy. I had no problem placing this around the base of my pump, and then sliding it off the pump and onto my penis. My pump is a good 2 1/2 inches in diameter. And it was not close to being maxed out on its stretchiness. The product page says that the max stretched diameter is 2 inches, but this is wrong. Unless it has changed in the 2 years I have had this.

The rubber is smooth, or at least designed with no texture. Rubber is never really smooth. There is always some texture to it. This is not too bad. You can see the texture, but not feel it. It does have a lot of drag to it. It is not something you will want to run up and down your tender areas, as it might cause some friction burn.

This had no odor or taste to it. But being how it is very porous, it will pick up odors and flavors from use.

As you can see from the product picture, this consists of a center ring and a smaller d-shaped ring on each side. The main ring is about 1 inch in diameter when resting un-stretched. The product page stats that this will stretch to a max diameter of 2 inches. This is wrong. I have stretched this out to a much larger diameter. My penis pump is about 2 1/4 inches in diameter, and this easily stretched over the base of my pump. In fact, it had a lot more stretch to it. I could see this stretching to a diameter of 3 inches pretty easily.

The rubber is about 3/8 of a inch in diameter, maybe slightly smaller. It is thick enough to stand up to some abuse. Just make sure to toss it when you notice cracks in the rubber, as that is a sure sign that it will break on you soon.

The d-shaped rings on each side are used as handles to stretch the ring out; either to insert it on your pump or penis, or to remove it from your pump or penis. They make is supper easy to remove the ring, even if your hand and the ring are covered in lube. There is no need to worry about not being able to get it off if it is starting to hurt, it will come right off.

I would not wear this around the balls and penis. It is way too tight for this style of use. Just use it around the base of your penis.

Rubber can not be fully sanitized. So please don't share this with anyone. I found that the best way to clean this is with soap and water. This takes the lube off of the rubber easily. I don't really see another way to clean this. I suppose you could use a toy cleaner, but with this being rubber I don't see that being a better option then soap and water.

After cleaning it, I dry it and toss it in the box with the penis pump. I have never had a problem with this storage option. I don't use my penis pump very often. Just when the wife gets a hair up her but to use it on me. That only happens a few times a year. So this will sit in the box for 6 months at a time. And I have never had a problem to date.

I find this to be a touch on the small side, for my penis. It is really tight. I can only leave it on for 10 minutes or so, before feeling uncomfortable with the snugness. That is part of the reason why I don't push to use it more often. I don't like stopping in the middle of the action to take this off because it is uncomfortable.

Do not leave this on for longer then 30 minutes. It cuts off the blood flow to and from your penis, and could cause damage if left on for longer. This is very important. Don't roll over and fall asleep. Don't think you can go for longer then 30 minutes. Don't risk damaging your junk.

Like I said above, this is tight for me. I am about 1 1/2 inches in diameter when fully erect. I believe I am about average. So this might not work for the average guy. But for all I know, you could enjoy the feeling of the tightness on your tool. I like snug, not constrictive.

This does a good job of keeping you hard after removing your penis from the pump. Just make sure to slid this off of the bottom of the pump, and onto the base of your penis before you release the vacuum on your penis. Like I hit on above, this will tug at your hair. My hair is kept short and in order. But it still tugs at it. It can be painful. I found that if you are lubed up before you put this on your penis, it will help out a bit. In this case, the more lube the better. The lube tends to keep the rubber from grabbing your hair and tugging at it.
