Me and my hubby both agree that this pump is not the best to pick at all.. He used this pump to enlarge himself to try and enhance our sex life and it did not work at all.. It hurt him and made him not want to get into bed with me at all the night he used it. I have never been more disappointed in a product. Me and hubby have a very active sex life so for him to not want to is actually a very big deal and very upsetting to me... I wish that he had never bought this penis pump to use and just listened to me when i said his size was fine but he did not and he bought it and we are both very upset with it.
Not to mention the price was not the greatest either we spent so much money on the product that it was not fair the result that we did get with it. Hubby was always saying how all he wanted to do was increase his size now he wishes he would have never gotten this toy. He is still in pain from using it and he has to stand all day at his job so that is not exactly an area he wants to feel pain. I would not recommend this product to anyone... I think anyone would be disappointed in this product. Maybe its just me cuz i asked him not to buy the product I am not sure all i know is i did not like this product and dont know if anyone would like it either.
Its also not very discreet so keeping it away from the kids wasnt exactly easy either... And our daughter likes to get into everything. He said its uncomfortable to use and not very affective. Plus he had a hard time cleaning it.

Did you read the instructions and use it properly? These should not cause pain when used correctly. They also should not be pumped up so high as to cause pain. If they are pumped up to high or used improperly, you could cause some serious damage!

Wow, that is a lot of money for a penis pump. Maybe you should try penis extenders or sleeves instead?

So basically, you didn't invest time learning how to use it properly- not surprising that it caused pain. Pumps, cock rings, etc. can hurt and/or damage the penis when not used correctly.
You have to know how to use it as penis pumps are not for the lighthearted. If the shaft of his penis becomes purple or becomes painful you need to discontinue use immediately. Also, call the doctor if he notices any tingling or numbness or what look like burst blood vessels under the skin. If penis pumps are not correctly used you're setting yourself up for a world of hurt.
just so you know, penis pumps are pretty much never discreet. i don't claim to be an expert but you have to figure they have to be at least somewhat bigger than the average cock so it has room to grow.
it's hardly the fault of the pump if you don't have a safe place for your toys.
