Adonis zipper pouch - male undies discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Darkness Withinus

Ok so jumping right into the personal preference, I am a boxers man myself, so when this toy came up on my surprise me assignment my first thought was “Yeah right I wouldn’t be caught dead in something like that.” I didn’t click deny right away and thought about it for about a week or so and decided that I would give it a shot. My rational for this choice was, at least if I try it and review it they will have the opinion of a person that doesn’t normally wear these things. When I got this toy I opened my box and was instantly taken aback by the size the of plastic case this garment came in, this think couldn’t hold half a pair of boxers. The first thing that flashed through my head “oh boy what have I gotten into?” I let that thought sink in for about a day before I gathered enough adventurous nature to take it out of the packaging let alone try it on. Once out of the packaging you get a feel for exactly how small it is, the Adonis pouch is to paraphrase the packaging, designed to accentuate your best assets. Which from just looking at it I would have said was true. The pouch that everything is supposed to rest inside of seems tiny when you just look at this piece of underwear. It is made of what looks like a Lycra material that has a constant wet look to it. By this I mean that the material always glistens. Because it is Lycra it will stretch to help accommodate different sizes of men. The waist band and other attaching elastics are bare elastic strips. Meaning that there is no cloth covering the elastic, these can also stretch to accommodate many different sizes.

Due to the above material construction you really only have to worry about this piece being too large for you as it will stretch to easily accommodate a 40 inch waist I am sure it would expand up to around 48 to 50 inches if not more. The most striking feature of this underwear to me is that there is a zipper in the front of the pouch. This is striking to me being a male and always being worried about catching something in a zipper. But I will leave that for a bit later.

Now to the actual trying on event, after taking a minute to get everything untangled I put this thing on. It took far longer to get everything situated than I would ever want it to take to put on underwear. If everything doesn’t “settle” in the pouch correctly it can be uncomfortable to wear. So after taking a few minutes to get things situated I took a look in the mirror, low and behold the package doesn’t lie. It does in fact make you seem larger or at least accentuate the bulge that you, as a man, already have. However, you will also figure out why some women complain about thongs. The string that goes up between your ass cheeks, being exposed elastic, is really tough to get used to. Once you get over that feeling though this thing is actually standably comfortable.

Now to the part that scares me a little, the zipper. So I tried to unzip this bad boy to see how that whole thing works out. The unzipping was pretty easy and kind of nice to have, but the zipping back up one word……disaster. I would like to say that it was because I was too large but I doubt that is the case. Realistically being that this piece is designed to show off your manhood, and is therefore tight. Why you would put a zipper on a tight fitting garment so close to your cock is really beyond me. Perhaps it is because I have had the unfortunate luck of catching hair or worst case scenario skin in a zipper and it is no fun. So if you do purchase this piece then beware that you need to double and triple check that zipper before you zip it up.

The stitching and sewing looks like it should hold up well over time. Not sure I will get much use out of it but I will be sure and update when it starts to fall apart. Because it is a Lycra material you may want to think about hand washing this and hang drying it.
