Not for retracted testicle types

Overall I'm giving the device a 3 on the rating scale. Not only because of my experience but also as I think they could have done a bit more to put some simple usage and care instructions in the package.

I would still suggest that anyone who is looking for a ring take a look at this one. I don't think any ring on the market will have directions with it, and the quality of the product is quite impressive.

Use

Let me start by saying, I have a retracted testicle (its close and tight to my shaft). If you don't have this problem ignore my review!

If you have a normal set of testicles this is probably the best starter ring you can get. If you have a retracted testicle then these are a no go!

Like any c-ring this one can be worn around your scrotum and penis, around your penis only, or around your scrotum only. In most guys this isn't going to be a problem, for those of us with our testicles up close to our shaft this will do nothing but cause you pain!

As with all c-rings the most common usage is probably to slip your testicles through the ring one at a time until is wraps around the scrotum. Once the testicles are in place you can then stretch it a bit and slip your penis through the opening and push the ring back against the base.

The fit should be snug, yet not overly constricting. Remember the job of a c-ring is to constrict blood flow, but over constriction can cause damage.

Material / Texture

Overall, the Super Soft C-Ring lives up to its name. When we first opened it up, I couldn't get over how soft this thing was. It felt silky to the touch and stretched quite easily. Even though you can see the seam in it's just barely and you can't feel it and you don't notice it at all.

It is almost like a cuddly teddy bear, you can't help but want to wear it. You just know its going to feel wonderful on the skin and isn't going to leave you with that grabby feeling.

Being made of Silicon means you don't have to worry about allergies. Silicon is also one of the best materials for toys since it is latex free and hypo allergenic. It is also one of the few materials that earns a 10 on Eden Fantasy's material safety rating.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all
    • Stretchy

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The design and shape of this c-ring makes it perfect for those who (like me) have never tried a ring before. It is quite stretchy and I'm convinced that unless you hold the world record for girth anyone can easily use this device (size wise).

It is about 1/2 inch wide and maybe 1/8 inch thick, so it won't really get in the normal guys way much at all. In fact, I would recommend it as a first time ring to anyone without a retracted testicle.
    • Beginner
    • Can fit over both shaft and testicles
    • Will fit most men

Care and Maintenance

Cleanup was a breeze, little soapy water and it came right back off. Then a bit of a scrub, a pat dry, and ready to be put back into its hiding place. Few toys are this easy to care for.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The packaging was your typical simple blister pack with a cardboard insert telling the name of the product, maker, etc... There are no instructions, so make sure you read/watch other reviews or instructions on how to use a ring before you use it if you don't know how to put one on.
    • Minimal
    • Recyclable

Personal comments

I have said this numerous times already, and I'll say it again, if you have testicles that are held tight to your body it isn't worth trying to use a c-ring. These devices are definitely designed for the testicles to hang lower so they can get in behind them.

I will say that we plan on trying this again, only this time it will only be used around the shaft. Look for that experience in our followup review.

Experience

As I said before, if you have a normal set of testicles this is probably a wonderful product, but if you have a retracted testicle (or testicles) then please read on. I'm writing this to hopefully help someone else not make the same mistake I did.

Overall, we couldn't wait to try out a c-ring and this one got such high reviews that we decided to try it out as our first one.

We did a lot of reading before we purchased this ring and were very excited when it showed up. Once we opened the packaging I couldn't help but notice how nice it felt in my hand and I couldn't wait to get it on to see if it would really helped with my staying power.

I did a few test stretches to get an idea of how exactly the material would react and to make sure I didn't make the ultimate mistake (SMACK to the groin) that I've read about elsewhere. After I was sure I wouldn't hurt myself putting it on I gave it a fit around my scrotum, everything seemed to fit well so I inserted my penis back through and it was not an unpleasant feeling at all.

That is until things started to get moving. Ocne I had a full erection, I noticed that the ring was holding my retracted testicle tight to my body and the only thing I could think about was the crushing feeling I was getting from wearing the device. I tried moving things around a bit and we tried to have intercourse with the device in place, but I just couldn't overcome the pain from the slow crushing of my parts being forced into places they simply didn't want to go. The sickening feeling in my stomach was simply too much to bear and we ended our session early and took off the device.

Again, I think if you are a normal hanger this won't be a problem, but if your tight up these things do nothing but introduce some serious pain!

Thank you for your review! It contained a few typos; good job otherwise!

married_with_children how does a metal one compare to the stretchy ones with regards to restriction. I stayed away from metal due to lack of experience. This experience has pretty much terrified me of using any type of ring at this point.
