Not so good

If you're looking for something to get you off, then this isn't it. I would rather put my phone on vibrate, stuff it in my pants, then call myself than use one of these things. On the other hand, if you're looking to delay your orgasm and you're new to cock rings, give this a shot. Or better yet go buy a pack of vibrating condoms at the drug store and use the cock ring inside there. This thing could have the potential to get your partner off if you do a lot more grinding action than thrusting.

Material / Texture

The material is soft, smooth and seamless with almost no scent to it at all. The cock ring is somewhat stretchy and could go a bit longer in diameter than the quoted two inches in diameter. The texture didn't bother me at all, however it did have a ribbed stimulator on it more for your partner's stimulation than yours.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The shape and design of these things are pretty straight forward. Make a circle band with an opening to put a joy buzzer in it. It's somewhat adjustable if you're not too thick, you just slip it over your penis and turn it on (I would turn it on first though.) It should fit the average person very well.
Follow-up commentary
I decided to give this another shot, and I still don't care for it very much.
The better solution than this for dual play would still be to use a mini bullet.

Its made out of a tpr silcone, it can pretty much stretch out to over 2 inches in diameter,sound is low and slight buzz i just use mild soap and water and i'm not sure if you could replace the batteries in it but it does take a watch battery, and i guess it would be ok for beginners but i would rather just but the vibrating condom from trojan

You may also want to include (since it is silicone) that you don't want to use lubes that are silicone based, water-based is recommended with these toys
