This toy is supposed to be used to literally pump up a man's penis, increasing its length and girth. You place one of the three jelly sleeves (medium, large, or extra-large, depending on one's girth) onto the pump, insert the penis through the sleeve, and squeeze the purple bulb to pump it up. Men can use it themselves or with the help of a partner. This pump is made for men who are already too well-endowed to use a normal pump (my fiancee is almost nine inches, and most pumps are no longer than eight). I would recommend applying lube to the penis before insertion, as the jelly material that the sleeves are made of creates a lot of friction, making it difficult to insert an non-lubricated penis. It's best used in the bedroom, as it's not at all discreet and too large to be travel-friendly.

There really isn't anything special to be said about the material. The cylinder is made of clear, smooth plastic, and the three sleeves are made of jelly. The issue with jelly material is that things like hair and fibers tend to stick to it very easily, and it's more difficult to clean thoroughly than other materials. Also, the penis is difficult to insert without being lubricated first because the jelly material is sticky and creates a lot of friction.

The design is pretty standard for a pump. However, there were a few things that made it unappealing. While I like the measurements on the side of the cylinder, the giant "ENLARGER" printed across the cylinder wasn't appealing. This pump is not a good fit for average users; as I stated before, it's made for men who are too large to fit the average penis pump. Also, the jelly sleeves won't fit tightly enough around men with less girth. This toy is extremely large and not at all discreet, especially with the giant "ENLARGER" written across it, making it unsuitable for travel, unless you have a large back with a lot of space, but the size is necessary for well-endowed men.

This pump should be sold as a gag, because it doesn't work. The jelly sleeve is unable to form a vacuum seal around the penis, so air escapes when you try to pump it up and makes the toy very difficult to use. Instead, the sleeve has to be allowed to form a seal with the skin around the base of the penis, which was too uncomfortable for my fiancee to tolerate for very long. Also, even when we did manage to get the toy to pump up his penis, it was incapable of making it any larger that it usually gets when it's fully erect.

The parts of the toy that are difficult to clean are the jelly sleeves. Jelly is a toy that I generally avoid because it is very sticky, and things like hairs and fibers tend to cling to it. It's very hard to clean them all off. I clean the sleeves with soap and water. The same thing goes for a cylinder. I wash it with soap and water, and set it out to dry. You can pretty much store the toy wherever you have room (a drawer, a toy bag, a closet, etc.)
