This is not my most favorite toy, but it is a fun one that gets used fairly often, both alone and with a partner. The toy is to simulate oral, which I would say it does a moderate job at. As far as creating suction this is not an automatic sort of thing. If using alone forget about any suction. But by having a partner help out this is much easier to accomplish. If you have them, use both hands and squeeze the top. It does a pretty good job, and does a pretty good job of making some hilarious noises; much louder than I expect in this situation. The toy is tinier at the front and gets much thicker as it goes to the back. The material is such that it is easy to hold, use, and squeeze. Squeezing it is really the key here. The internal texture consists of ribs with little bubbles on them, overall a good, but not great texture for the material.

As far as the toy giving a sensation to make you cum, yes it will do this. For the price I don't think there is a better option. That being said there are a couple downsides to consider. The two main ones are one of its strengths; its material. The other is, like all things, that it won't last forever.

The material is made out of UR3. It is a clear, soft, very squishy, porous material. I am lazy when it comes to care for toys and don't like ones that require a lot, especially cheap ones. So after every use you will have to wash this thing, if not just go ahead and throw it out. I wash mine with a soft facial soap with no antibacterial or harsh chemical junk. Then after washing and drying it, you will need to put powder on it. You have to keep powder on it to keep it smooth and soft. If you don't powder it, it will become sticky and not as fun to use. Putting powder on it also means you need to wash it pre-use, so that's a beating. After a while I got tired of drying it and powdering and so on, so I just would wash and throw it in a plastic bag. Very quickly the toy started to turn from clear to a yellowish color and anything would stick to it. But if I washed it off, it was still good to go and no worse for the wear. To me it's the sort of thing where for the price, you get repeated ongoing use, but have cleaning and some maintenance and storage issues. An alternative product would be a Tenga Egg which I am not a fan of. I don't like their texture, one time use, or high price. So it's a trade off, I would go with this toy and do a little clean up. The toy does come with a small bag of powder to get you going but make sure to get your own. Also there is a difference between the powders out there so make sure you get the stuff you want.
